Clitheroe is situated in the heart of the Ribble Valley. The Ribble Valley has beautiful scenery, with rolling hills, streams and rivers. Cumbria (The Lake District) is also within easy striking distance for a day trip. Manchester is the nearest city to Clitheroe and is an extremely vibrant and interesting place to visit.
